3RD CONGREGATION
It is
announced for the information of staff and graduands of Takoradi Technical
University and the general public that the 3RDCONGREGATION of
Takoradi Technical University would be held on SATURDAY, 24TH NOVEMBER, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the
University Park.
1.
The University would be presenting to graduands who completed their Bachelor of
Technology (B-Tech) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in 2018.
2.
B.TECH & HND GRADUANDS attending the Congregation are to pay an amount of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana
Cedis (GH¢ 350.00) and submit the pay-in slips at their respective FACULTY
ACCOUNT OFFICES of the University at the banks scheduled below;

The
amount covers the cost of printing and processing of Certificates, Certificate
files, Congregation Brochures, Souvenirs and Academic Gowns.
3.
Graduands, after the payment of the graduation fees, should log-on to www.alumni.ttu.edu.gh and
complete the graduation registration by providing the following
information: NAME OF
GRADUAND, PROGRAMME OF STUDY, PAY-IN-SLIP RECEIPT NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER, CURRENT
ADDRESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS on or before TUESDAY, 20TH NOVEMBER,
2018.
4. Graduands
who are unable to attend the Congregation would also be required to pay the
same amount during the collection of their Certificates.
5. REHEARSAL for
Graduands attending the Congregation would be held on FRIDAY, 23RD NOVEMBER,
2018 at 3.00 p.m. Graduands who fail to attend the
rehearsal would not be presented at the Congregation.
6. NOTE: Only graduands who would have
given their names and other details on or before TUESDAY, 20TH NOVEMBER,
2018 would be presented. Late registration would not be tolerated.
7.
Graduands who fail to return their gowns immediately after the ceremony on
Saturday, 24th November, 2018 will pay a penalty
of GH¢50.00 each day the gown remains with them.
8.
Graduands would be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals.
